4. Conditions Not Covered
In-Store Purchases: Items bought in physical retail stores cannot be exchanged or refunded through the website. Please contact the store where the purchase was made for their specific policy.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
5. Processing Time
Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days and ship the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Bank processing times may vary.
